We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer the best warranty in the business today: 6 months on the glove, some exclusions and exceptions apply. We also back up our warranty with the best customer service possible. |

TO FULLY SUPPORT OUR DEALERS, OUR CONDITIONAL WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID WHEN PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OR SPORTING GOODS RETAILER. WARRANTIES MUST ALSO BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE Sande Hockey wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise. We only ask the you cover the cost of freight on returned merchandise. |
Exchanges: We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size – Sande Hockey will gladly exchange any new product for a different size or colour. You will not be charged a restocking fee, but we do need to charge a shipping and handling fee to cover the cost of shipping your replacement product. |
Exclusions: Custom or customized items, hats, t-shirts are not returnable. |
Shipping Instructions: Please ensure all packages being returned for exchange are clearly marked "Goods purchased being returned" and state that there is "(zero) value for duty". All returns must be shipped via ground and prepaid using the post office. We are unable to call tag returns or pay for the shipping of a return. |

OUR LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER A STICK REPLACEMENT DUE TO BREAKAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE OR PRODUCT ABUSE NOR SALES BY OUR TEAM SALES PROGRAMS. SANDE HOCKEY 2004 INC. SANDE HOCKEY HAS EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS IN OUR STICK WARRANTY. THE WARRANTY LIMITS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
